LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (January 28, 2012) - Each January, thousands of people attend the Arkansas Big Buck Classic at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds. And this year will be no different.
Generations of Arkansas outdoorsmen will get to see quality deer harvested from every region of the state, and hunters will have the opportunity to tell their story of the one that did or didn't get away.
There will be a live deer display where hunters can show off their deer heads and possibly take away the top prize for Overall Largest Deer.
But there is plenty for the non-hunters. From the new Bwana Jim's Live Animal Kids' Show to the free bow fish shoot tank and knifemaking demonstrations, there is something for the whole family.
Admission price is $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 5-12. Kids 5 and under get in free. Parking is free.
Show Hours:
Saturday, January 28th, 2012 9:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday, January 29th, 2012 9:00am - 6:00pm
Attendees age 18 and older can register for the Big Buck Classic® door prize: a 2011 Chevy Silverado courtesy of Bale Chevrolet.
