The Razorback women's basketball team begins its 21st consecutive season of network operations in 2009-10. Produced by Razorback Sports Properties, all home, road and tournament broadcasts of the University of Arkansas women's basketball games will be carried live over the air and on-line at ArkansasRazorbacks.com.

"We are pleased that our women's basketball network continues to expand its reach in Northwest Arkansas and around the state," Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. "The addition of Bunyard Broadcasting to the lineup boosts our coverage locally with three commercial radio outlets. We appreciate the efforts of Razorback Sports Properties in helping ensure that Razorback women's basketball fans will be able to follow Coach Tom Collen and his team this season."

The broadcasts originate from the flagship station in Little Rock, Ark., 100,000-watt KABZ-FM, 103.7 FM. In addition, the women's basketball broadcasts have moved to a commercial station outlet in Fayetteville as the Razorbacks join Bunyard Broadcasting. Rogers affiliate KURM-AM returns to the lineup this season as well.

This year's affiliates include:

Fayetteville KUOA-AM 1290

Fayetteville KUOA-FM 105.3

Fayetteville KUOA-FM 97.9

Fort Smith KHGG-AM 1580

Little Rock KABZ-FM 103.7

Rogers KURM-AM 790

"As an all-sports radio station in the best college town in America, we feel it is very important to connect our listeners with all aspects of Razorback sports," Grant Merrill, General Manager and co-founder of The Hog Sports Radio, said. "We are confident that Coach Collen and the Razorback women's basketball team are on their way to an outstanding season, and are very excited to be with them every step of the way. We are grateful to Razorback Sports Properties and the University for the privilege of being Northwest Arkansas' affiliate for Razorback women's basketball, and look forward to our continuing our partnership in the future."

Collen and the Razorbacks take to the court Wednesday, Nov. 4, for an exhibition game against Northeastern State opening the broadcast season. For more information regarding Razorback women's basketball or University of Arkansas athletics, please visit ArkansasRazorbacks.com.
