North Little Rock police say Todd Bostian has stolen another vehicle. Investigators say he is currently driving a 2005 lime green Mustang. The vehicle was reported stolen Wednesday morning from Garland County.

The car has an Arkansas license plate 892 KDA. A Garland County deputy spotted the vehicle put he crashed during the chase. Bostian got away again. The deputy is ok.
Thursday the search for Bostian turned into a statewide manhunt. Since Wednesday night, he's been seen in Searcy, Jacksonville, Hot Springs and Malvern. But police say at some point he switched cars.
He was sighted at the Malvern Wal-mart around 10 a.m. He was driving a hunter green Dodge Ram truck. He is now driving the Mustang Police tracked him there through a credit card purchase.
"I am extremely concerned at this point," explains Detective Ken King.
King is with the Ward Police Department and is investigating the kidnapping. He says Bostain threatened 18-year-old Kasey Myers at her aunt's house with a gun.
"At some point he saw he saw his picture on the T.V. and he became agitated at that time. He told the other family members that you need to watch the T.V. tonight because this is going to be something really big."
Myers is Bostian's ex-girlfriend. We're told they broke up a few weeks ago. She is five months pregnant, but family says the child isn't his.
King says, "He told her bitch if you don't get in the car than you are going to die here."
Since then, another woman has joined the pair. However, police don't know who she is or if she is a hostage. Meanwhile, investigators have tried contacting Bostain on his cell phone. They say he has answered once but hung up.
THV spoke to Kasey Myers' family by phone. They were very shaken and say they are too frightened to go on camera because of the threats Bostian allegedly made to them. Bostian does have a prior criminal record.
Investigators say Bostian tried to check into a Searcy hotel Wednesday night The hotel was full, so he left.
