North Little Rock police have arrested a woman who claimed a man raped her in broad daylight at Burns Park. They say a rape never happened.

Investigators say Paula Renee Kay reported she'd been raped back on August fifth. She said she was at a covered bridge in the park and that a man followed her to a nearby parking lot and attacked her. She even helped a sketch artist come up with a composite of the alleged assailant.

But investigators now say Kay lied and have arrested her for filing a false report.
