TOKYO (AP) -- A big seller in Japan is bigger bras.
The Wall Street Journal reports the figures of Japanese women are getting curvier. Today's young women wear a bra at least two sizes larger than their mothers. Young Japanese women are also taller and have smaller waistlines.
Nami Sakamoto, an advertising-agency employee, has the new shape. She tells the Journal she had trouble finding shirts that would button over her 35-inch bust.
Japanese health experts say diets richer in fat and protein are adding inches to the curves.
