Polls around the state reported fewer problems --and fewer voters -- than in the May primaries. But there were still problems.

After working to fix a problem with an optical scanner Tuesday night, Saline County election officials decided to put off the vote count until Wednesday morning.

But most other results around the state are in.

The results in some races are definative. For instance, Bill Halter has already accepted Tim Wooldridge's concession in the Democratic race for Lieutenant Governor.

Dustin McDaniel has won the Democratic runoff for attorney general. He narrowly beat North Little Rock City Attorney Paul Suskie for the party's nomination for the state's top law enforcement position.

With 99 percent of 2,515 precincts reporting unofficial results, McDaniel won 51 percent of the vote and Suskie won 49 percent.
