Saturday, folks in Little Rock gathered for the second annual Out of Darkness Community Walk for suicide prevention.
The event raises money for the Arkansas chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and it gives the families of suicide victims a chance to get together and share their stories.
Dr. A.J. Zolten is the President of the Arkansas Chapter. He says, "This is the main event for our chapter to raise money to fund our chapter's activities in suicide prevention, awareness and outreach and advocacy."
The walk in Little Rock was just one of many taking place this month all over the country.
