Former Deputy Secretary Of State Speaks In LR

Negroponte plans to speak at the University of Arkansas Clinton School for Public Service on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. Negroponte served as the nation's first director of national intelligence from 2005 until 2007 and was responsible for oversight and coordination of 18 federal agencies and departments.

Negroponte also previously served as the ambassador to Iraq and to the United Nations.
