Pulaski County Coroner Gordon Camper says 50-year-old Kenny Raines was found Thursday night in a vehicle in a low-lying area of the city.

Camper says he is waiting for toxicology results before declaring a cause of death, but he said that the death appears to be an accident.

Raines died as a two-day stretch of storms coursed over Arkansas. Numerous areas reported roads closed due to flooding. Storms damaged buildings in south Arkansas, and knocked over trees and utility lines.

Also, a man's body was swept from a truck by floodwaters shortly after midnight on Thursday. He was found around 7:45 Friday morning in the Webber's Chapel area of Independence County.

He has been identified as 38-year-old Eric Brashers of Batesville.
