Stossel planned to speak at events organized by Americans for Prosperity in Texarkana, Little Rock and Jonesboro Thursday. The former ABC anchor joined Fox earlier this year and will have a weekly show on Fox Business Network. He also will make frequent appearances on the Fox News Channel.
Stossel's appearance at the health care forums comes as Fox has been at odds with the White House, which contends the network operates more like a wing of the Republican Party than a balanced news organization.
