First it was payday lending stores across Arkansas. Now the Arkansas Attorney General's office has moved its battle over payday loans to the internet.

Although actual payday lending stores have been chased out of Arkansas, the Attorney General's office says another problem persists: short term, high interest loans being offered over the internet.

Deputy Attorney General Jim DePriest joins Liz Massey for a THV Working For You segment Tuesday.

He says their office has sent about 30 warning letters to so-called payday lenders who have loaned or offered to loan money to Arkansans over the internet.

The state has not ruled out taking the internet lenders to court.
