The university said Tuesday that no vehicles will be allowed access to the area between Razorback Stadium and the practice fields. No parking will be allowed there, either. The restriction is most likely to affect football fans who want to see the Razorbacks practice.

The vehicle gate on Razorback Road is to be closed from noon until after the evening speech.

Olmert is accused of corruption while serving as prime minister in Israel. He was elected in 2006 and announced his resignation in 2008.
