Updated: Malvern Rape Suspect Turns Himself In

Police say Ali was released from jail Monday morning in order to be taken to a rehabilitation facility. However, police say he first stopped at the alleged victim's home and an argument ensued. She says the argument turned physical and he raped her.

She says Ali has called her several times since the alleged rape and threatened to kill her and said he has a gun.
