Twenty-six-year-old Andrew Little was arrested in April 2008 for taking guns and asking his roommate to pawn them.

A probable cause affidavit says Little admitted telling the roommate the guns were his.

Little was fired as police chief and the roommate -- Sulphur Springs police Sgt. Jeremiah Nicholson -- resigned.
