Flood Warning Issued For Bradley County

The warning was issued Saturday evening.

The weather service reported slow moving thunderstorms in the area, with rain amounts up to 3 inches possible. The thunderstorms are expected to slowly weaken after sunset.

The weather service warns that excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams into low lying areas. Motorists are warned not to drive into roadways covered with water.
