Drew County Man Wanted In Brother's Death

Duane Gonder is wanted in connection with shooting death of his brother Marcus Gonder.

Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober reported that at approximately 12:03 am, On Wednesday, July 01, a 911 call reported that Marcus Gonder had been shot at his home in the Plantersville community near Monticello.

Marcus Gonder was pronounced dead at the scene. Duane Gonder left the residence before deputies arrived; it was reported that he was last seen going north on Plantersville Road.

Gonder was driving a 1986 Ford F250, diesel, single cab pick-up truck, blue in color. Duane is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Duane Gonder is a 24-year-old black male, 5'6'', 180 pounds.
