
Sgt. Scott Pillow says Phillips was arrested last week. State police Lt. Rick Dickinson said in a statement that Phillips was arrested on two counts of suspicion of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of suspicion or breaking or entering, one count of suspicion of felony theft and two counts of suspicion of misdemeanor theft.
Phillips, released without bail, is scheduled to appear Monday in Greene County District Court for a probable-cause hearing.
