Michael Dewayne Gulley is wanted for questioning in a murder that happened Saturday night around 12:30 am at the Martin Apartments in Prescott.
Two people inside the apartment were hit by the gunfire, 24-year-old Amy Smith died from her wounds and 29-year-old Naaman Moss was wounded.
The apartment belonged to Smith, Moss was visiting from Waldo.
Police were searching for 33-year-old Gulley for questioning.
He was considered armed and dangerous.
Gulley is in custody at the Nevada County Jail. Arkansas State Police and Nevada County Sheriff's Office are continuing their investigation.
