Beebe's declaration also authorizes $200,000 in individual assistance from the Governor's Disaster Fund for flood victims in Clark, Dallas, Jefferson, Garland, Lonoke, Miller, Monroe, Phillips, Poinsett and Saline counties.

Beebe's office says more counties are likely to be declared disaster areas in the coming days. State officials will also ask the Federal Emergency Management Agency for help in determining whether the state is eligible for a federal disaster declaration.
