In an interview Thursday with The Associated Press, California lawyer Danny Davis says Alamo's poor eyesight and diminishing physique would prevent him from driving young girls across state lines for sex.

Davis, a Beverly Hills lawyer known for his defense role in the McMartin Pre-School molestation case, says he also doubts that Alamo could have had sex on buses and in showers.

Davis also says he may have to ask for a continuance in the case. Alamo, 74, is scheduled to go on trial for the 10-count indictment on May 18.
