Dog Fighting Operation Trial Ends In Mistrial

In a THV followup, the case of a Saline County man, accused of being part of a dog fighting operation, ends in a mistrial.
 Patrick Janiszewski had faced 27 counts of dog fighting and animal cruelty but at around noon Wednesday, one of his attorneys started complaining of chest pain and had to be taken to the hospital. The judge has rescheduled the trial for Oct. 21. Janiszewski was arrested back in January after a six month investigation.   |
