Monday at the capitol - Keet said reimbursing taxpayers for mis-use of state vehicles is not enough.

He says the government needs to get to the bottom of the problem and put a stop to it.
"If a CEO of a business allowed this kind of a lack of accountability the way they ran their government over their business, they'd be fired," he says.

Governor Mike Beebe does not use a state vehicle because he travels with the state police.

Recently, Attorney General Dustin McDaniel gave up his state-owned SUV and reimbursed the state $2,900 to cover personal use.

Keet also says if he wins the November election, he'll sell the governor's airplane.
