A trial to hear Spenser Dauwalder's challenge to the infraction was scheduled Wednesday for January.

American Fork police cited the teens last month after they rapped their order to a drive-through teller.

The teens have said they were imitating a popular video on YouTube with their order, which began: "I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce..."

The 18-year-old Dauwalder has said employees at the restaurant told him that he and his friends were holding up the line and needed to order or leave. He and his three 17-year-old friends ended up not buying anything and later were cited.
