Tempers were flaring again Friday in Arkansas over health care reform, and what, if any, role the government should play in health care.

Congressman Mike Ross hosted a town hall meeting at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia.

People attending the forum were quite passionate and sometimes tempers flared. Each person got to ask Ross one question, and the forum ran longer than expected so more had the opportunity.

Ross, a Democrat, has said that he has not endorsed any health care reform bill yet.

If you'd like to hear what other lawmakers from Arkansas have to say about the health care reform bills or if you want to voice your opinion, you have several more chances.

Next Tuesday, Congressman Vic Snyder will discuss his views during a noontime speech at the statehouse convention center. It's sponsored by the Clinton school of public service.

Then on the 27th, Congressman Mike Ross will hold a tele-town hall meeting at 7-10 p.m. Just call 877-269-7289. The pin number is 14573.
