Developing News: Pryor, FCC Chief Discuss Broadband Access

U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor and FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski made two appearances Tuesday to discuss expanding broadband access that provides high-speed Internet service.

Tuesday morning, the FCC chief and the state's junior senator appeared at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. In a room of Henderson-Young Hall on the UAPB campus, Pryor moderated a discussion among the FCC chairman and representatives from the health, education and telecommunications sectors.

At noon in Little Rock, the two spoke at the Clinton School of Public Service at a lunch and lecture.
