Capital City Cold Case: Teen's murder remains unsolved

It happened December 26, 1998 at 1802 Allis Street. Officer Jones says Albert Williams was found in bed with two gunshot wounds to the head. His nephew found him.

It happened December 17, 1996 at 6313 Butler. Officer Jones says Antonio Robinson was found on the ground in front of apartment #306.

It happened March 11, 1992. Tammy Jackson was found face down at the edge of the street on the corner of 16th and Louisiana. People walking found her and flagged down officers.

Officer Jones says police responded and found the vehicle unlocked. Bradley Hughes was found in the rear of the vehicle. He had been murdered. Officer Jones says the vehicle did belong to Hughes.

Officer Jones says 26-year-old Kelton Neyland was found shot to death inside his car. It had hit a house and when officers approached the rear tires were spinning and Neyland was in the drivers seat.

Officer Jones says 19-year-old Michael Banks was found shot to death inside a car that was on fire. A witness noticed the car, then shortly afterwards noticed it was on fire. The witness tried to put the fire out and authorities were called.
