HOLLYWOOD (CNN) -- Demi Moore is stepping back from the fast life of Hollywood and getting her health back on track. Plus, Halle Berry heads to court in the latest saga following a tumultuous break up.
Demi Moore is taking a time out to get her health back in order. The actress' rep released a statement saying: "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health." Moore recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher.
Halle Berry is caught in the middle of a legal drama. The nanny for Berry's Daughter requested a restraining order against Berry's ex, the girl's father Gabriel Aubrey.
Calling him dangerous and aggressive, the woman alleges Aubrey pushed her while she was holding the 4-year-old last week.
A judge rejected the nanny's request saying there was insufficient evidence but said she is free to file criminal charges. Aubrey is not commenting on the situation.
Daddy is in love and his little girl approves. Liv Tyler tells People Magazine she is very supportive of her father's recent engagement to Erin Brady. When asked about her future step-mother, Tyler said "I like her very much."
Tyler is at the Sundance Film Festival promoting her latest movie "Robot and Frank."
