UNDATED (CNN) -- Actress Bryce Dallas Howard has a new addition to her family.
She and her husband, actor Seth Gabel welcomed their daughter into the world last week.
Howard's father, director Ron Howard, tweeted the happy news Sunday.
He says little Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel was born Thursday, weighing in at eight pounds, six ounces. Beatrice is the couple's second child.
The two also have a four-year-old son named Theo.
