Don't worry these challenges aren't always exercise goals. You may take on a stress relieving task or a healthy food goal.

Each day you'll get a new task. Below the task there is an explanation on how to do the task, why it matters and a fun fact about the healthy challenge. You can get healthier and smarter at the same time.
