LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Yahoo and KTHV) -- The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) is the House bill; Protect IP Act (PIPA) is its Senate sister. Both focus on foreign websites that pirate movies, music, and other materials from the U.S. (sites that many Americans use -- an industry study has noted that 17.5% of all bandwidth in the U.S. is taken up by illegal downloads.)

Web expert Bryan Jones with the local ad agency, Cranford Johnson Robinson and Woods. Jones is also a prolific web user and is well known in the Arkansas Twitter and Facebook communities.

In this THVideo, he breaks down these acts for us.  Just click the video to watch the full interview.
