LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Have you thought about your New Year's resolution yet? Several people will choose to make a New Year's resolution this weekend, but have you ever wondered how many people actually stay true to their goal?
According to a poll by the Opinion Corporation of Princeton, 62 percent of Americans make New Year's resolutions, but only 8 percent of those people are actually successful.
One in four people who make a resolution each year fail every time!
Today during C-block, local therapist Ken Clark will join Stefanie and Tom to help you keep you stay on track with your resolution this year. He will also tell us some ideas on how to make sure your resolution is reasonable and achievable.
