TEXARKANA, Ark. (KTHV) - Last week, Texarkana Arkansas Police Department saw several thefts from residential mailboxes. Many of the thefts included checks and other correspondence pertaining to financial transactions.
The suspects have been identified as Joanna Shope, 43, and Brandon Neal, 36.
Police recommend that anyone who has mailed checks from their homes should check with their banks to ensure that the checks reached their destination.
