In Arkansas, teens aren't allowed to text or talk on the phone. And if one government group has its way, that new law will apply to everyone nationwide.
The National Transportation Safety Board is proposing drivers be banned from using any kind of electronic device, except GPS systems, with our without a hand-free device.
