Sherwood turns out for Stuff the Sleigh 2011

SHERWOOD, Ark. (KTHV) -- Meteorologist Tom Brannon was in Sherwood Wednesday (12/7) morning collecting toys for Stuff the Sleigh.

Stuff the Sleigh, Inc. was created in 2002, when a need arose to help foster children experience the Merry Christmas that they deserve.

Many of these children, through no fault of their own, are unable to be at home with their family during the holidays, and will be suffering in an unnecessary way by missing the child-like joy that comes with opening presents with a new, special toy meant just for them!

The final total raised in Sherwood was 488 toys and $1,446 dollars. Congratulations Sherwood and thank you so much for your contribution.
