LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Today in the C-Block we are talking about kids, games and gambling.
A woman in California filed a lawsuit last month against the parent company of Chuck E. Cheese. She said the restaurant chain was using gambling machines and targeting children. The lawsuit sites kiddie slot machines and games with a roulette style wheel.
Five million dollars in damages are being sought and at our last check this morning, was still awaiting a ruling by attorneys.
Now this woman willingly brought her children to the restaurant.
