The group of four siblings we feature this week will melt your hearts. Despite the heartbreak of being up for adoption, they refuse to give up hope.

14-year old Hayleigh, 10-year old Hannah, 9-year old Hallie, and 5-year old Hunter have been in state foster care since May of 2009.

They are currently living in the same foster home, but Hayleigh says the uncertainty is the hardest part.

"It's not really very much fun because you never know when you're gonna get moved or if anything could happen," says Hayleigh. "Anything could happen normally, but foster care still makes you wonder where you're gonna live the next day."

We met the children for cupcakes and play at Allsopp Park in Little Rock.

"It's really fun," says Hallie, " and the cupcakes were really good!"

Hallie is the youngest girl. She's a straight "A" student and loves anything outdoors.

Her 10-year old sister Hannah is shy, but very smart.

The youngest 5-year old Hunter loves tractors and wants to be a fireman when he grows up.

And at 14, Hayleigh is the practical caretaker of this bunch.

"They used to behave back then," says Hayleigh, referring to a time when they children lived with their biological parents. "But now they don't anymore."

Hayleigh says she tries not to think about the past too much, or think of living in a foster home.

"I just try to forget about it and live my life," she says.

Instead, she dreams of a forever family. Her little sisters and brother do, too.

"It would probably be really cool to live in a house with a family," says Hallie. "A good family that would actually take care of us better."

Special thanks to Cupcakes on Kavanaugh for donating the tasty vanilla cupcakes. The children loved the treat!
