LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- No matter what the question, no one can stump Dr. T. Glenn Pait with UAMS. He's cracking open up his medical mailbag to answer your questions.

-I received a gift to have a detox/colon cleanse. A friend gave it to me because I need to lose weight and I'm rundown. She says detoxing will help speed up weight loss and help me get more energy. Should I use it?
-I have a lot of belly bloating. My daughter, a nurse, says it's because I chew gum all the time. It's a habit I've had as long as I can remember. Is my daughter right?
-Is it safe to swat a mosquito on your skin? Do they carry harmful bacteria that could cause a bad skin infection?
-I work out in the morning and my husband exercises at night.  Which time to work out is best for you, the morning or the evening?
-I'm a coffee drinker. I'm curious about whether or not I'm getting enough vitamins and minerals from my more than six cups of coffee per day. Is coffee a good source of vitamins and minerals?
-If one eats something containing poppy seeds will it show up on a drug screen?
