LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- No matter what the question, no one can stump Dr. T. Glenn Pait with UAMS. He's cracking open up his medical mailbag to answer your questions.

He joined us for one segment today. These are the questions he covered:

-My husband and I are smokers but we are planning to quit. He says it's more difficult for me to quit than him. Is this true? Is it harder for women to quit smoking than men?
-After eating mahi mahi, my husband's face and chest flushed. Is he allergic to fish?
-I'm in my 60s and my knees and jaw are cracking but they are not painful. Is something wrong?
-I have trouble sleeping. Are there any kinds of food that I can eat that will help me sleep at night?
-When you sneeze, what is the best way to keep those little germs from spreading around and infecting others?
